In light of the sharp deterioration of the military-political situation in the Middle East and its impact on international logistics routes, the Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan reminds participants in foreign economic activities about the possibility of obtaining certificates confirming the occurrence of force majeure circumstances (including hardship).

These certificates may be issued to both Kazakhstani and foreign enterprises that face the impossibility or significant difficulties in fulfilling contractual obligations due to supply delays, route blockages, or other objective obstacles caused by the current geopolitical situation.

In particular, certification is applicable when goods are delayed at the border and exporters are unable to meet contractual deadlines.

The Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan regularly issues such certificates in accordance with the approved procedure and based on documented evidence.

Detailed information and application forms are available at the following link: https://kazcic.kz/services/svidetelstvovanie-obstoiatelstv-nepreodolimoi-sily

The Chamber continues to support export-oriented companies amid foreign economic instability.
