About the Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan
The Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan, established on July 29, 2014, has played a key role in the development of Kazakhstani business, strengthening foreign economic relations and integrating the country into the global economy since the very beginning of its operation. The organization acts as a reliable partner for domestic companies, facilitating their entry into international markets, the identification of new business ties and the introduction of the world's best business practices.
Since 2017, the Chamber of International Commerce has been a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the World Chambers Federation (WCF). These organizations bring together more than 13,000 chambers of commerce and industry as well as represent the interests of 46 million companies in 130 countries.
Thanks to this membership, the Chamber actively develops partnerships with international organizations, participates in leading international forums, exhibitions, and business travels. This provides domestic companies with access to global markets, innovative technologies, and up-to-date business analytics.
In addition, membership in the ICC and WCF strengthens Kazakhstan's reputation as a reliable and promising partner, promotes the exchange of experience between the countries, and creates additional conditions for attracting foreign investment. The Chamber serves as a strategic connector of Kazakhstani and foreign businesses, contributing to the development of mutual trust and the creation of a platform for long-term cooperation.
The Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan is the only authorized organization in the country, providing services for the certification of force majeure and registration of ATA Carnet.
Force majeure certificates confirm the occurrence of extraordinary and unavoidable events that release companies from liability for non-fulfillment of contractual obligations.
The ATA Сarnet, in turn, is an international customs document that allows temporary import and export of goods without paying duties and taxes. This greatly facilitates the participation of Kazakhstani companies in international exhibitions, fairs and business travels, providing new opportunities for integration into the global economy.

Our achievements
More than 230 business events and 23 meetings of Business Councils were held with the participation of over 3,200 representatives of Kazakhstani and foreign businesses. As a result, 72 agreements and contracts worth $2.23 billion were signed. The Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan performed the functions of the state program for the service support of exporters and the program for holding investment business forums.
During this period, more than 2,990 letters from government agencies and 2,810 requests from the private sector were processed.
