Responsibilities:

organizing and supporting business meetings, negotiations, business missions, and forums involving Chinese partners;

establishing and developing cooperation with government agencies, chambers of commerce and industry, associations, and companies of the People’s Republic of China;

preparing official letters, commercial proposals, analytical materials, and presentations in Russian, Chinese, and English;

providing oral and written translation during negotiations, meetings, and events;

organizing B2B and B2G meetings for Kazakh and foreign companies;

managing business correspondence with Chinese partners;

preparing reports, briefs, and information and analytical materials;

supporting foreign delegations and official visits;

identifying potential partners and investors in China;

performing other tasks related to international cooperation and the development of foreign economic relations.

Requirements:

a higher education degree in international relations, economics, international trade, Oriental studies, linguistics, or a related field;

fluency in Chinese at HSK Level 5–6 or higher;

full professional proficiency in Russian;

proficiency in English will be an advantage;

experience working with Chinese partners is preferred;

business correspondence and negotiation skills;

willingness to travel within Kazakhstan and abroad;

responsibility, strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and excellent organizational skills.
