The Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan and the Delegation of German Economy in Central Asia Discussed Cooperation Prospects
At the "Atameken" NCE platform, a meeting took place between Dana Kassymova, Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation of the Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan, and Eduard Kinsbruner, Head of the Delegation of German Economy in Central Asia.
During the meeting, Eduard Kinsbruner highlighted Kazakhstan's importance for German business.
"Kazakhstan is a key economic partner for Germany in Central Asia. Trade turnover between Germany and the Central Asian countries constitutes 85% of Germany's total trade turnover with the region, a significant portion of which is attributed to investments," he emphasized.
According to the Head of the Delegation, German business circles are interested in cooperating with Kazakhstan in areas such as logistics, infrastructure, agriculture, dual education, and industrialization. He also spoke about the activities of the Chamber, aimed at supporting German businesses in Central Asia.
"We provide consulting, legal, and accounting services, and if necessary, political support," noted Eduard Kinsbruner.
Eduard Kinsbruner proposed organizing business mission meetings from Germany with Kazakhstani entrepreneurs in Astana and Almaty to strengthen business ties.
In turn, Dana Kassymova stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
"The Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan is actively working on developing economic ties with Germany. Our cooperation spans a wide range of areas, and regular business meetings contribute to strengthening partnerships between businesses in our countries," she stated.
The parties agreed to continue collaboration aimed at implementing joint initiatives and supporting entrepreneurs.
