Bauyrzhan Zhaksylykov Appointed Member of the Management Board - Head of the Administration of the Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan

On January 26, 2026, Bauyrzhan ZHAKSYLYKOV was appointed Member of the Management Board - Head of the Administration of the Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan.

Bauyrzhan Zhaksylykov was born in 1991 in the city of Aktobe. In 2013, he graduated from Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov. In 2015, he graduated from the Financial Academy with honors, earning a Master’s degree in Economics and Business. In 2023, he completed the Executive MBA program with honors at Atyrau University of Oil and Gas, named after S. Utebayev.

His total professional experience exceeds 12 years, including more than 6 years in senior management positions.

Over the years, he held managerial positions at the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Healthcare, and also at the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Atameken». He possesses systemic expertise in legislative activities and strategic management, ranging from drafting regulatory legal acts to implementing sectoral programs and investment projects.

He has been awarded state and industry honors for his contribution to the development of the oil and gas sector, environmental protection, healthcare, and economic cooperation.

In his new role, he will ensure the strategic development and institutional strengthening of the Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan, enhance operational efficiency, improve the corporate governance system, and expand international economic cooperation.

His professional experience and competencies will be focused on developing the export potential of domestic businesses, attracting investment, and establishing sustainable mechanisms to support entrepreneurship in foreign markets.

The appointment of Bauyrzhan Zhaksylykov will contribute to the further development of the Chamber’s systemic work and to the implementation of priority tasks to support entrepreneurship and foreign economic activity.
