

Kazakhstan and China Signed New Projects Within the Framework of Economic and Commercial Cooperation

Assan Zhakishev highlighted China's significant role in Kazakhstan's economy, noting that it is the country’s main commercial partner. In 2023, trade turnover between Kazakhstan and China reached $31.48 billion, making up 30% increase.
"It is important to continue developing cooperation in sectors such as renewable energy, transportation, logistics, agriculture, and industry. The Foreign Trade Chamber is actively working on creating favorable conditions for investors and enhancing export opportunities for Kazakh businesses," the Head of the office emphasized.
As a result of the meeting, projects were signed under the framework of economic and commercial cooperation between Kazakhstan and China, aimed at strengthening economic ties between the two countries.
