The Meeting of the Kazakh-Pakistani Business Council Was Held in Astana

A meeting of the Kazakh-Pakistani Business Council was held today with the participation of Assan Zhakishev, Chairman of the Chamber International Commerce of Kazakhstan, and Mehmood-ul-Hassan Awan, a representative of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Pakistan (FCCIP), Co-Chairman of the Pakistani part of the Business Council. The meeting was held at the site of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken".

The meeting of the Kazakh-Pakistani Business Council was preceded by a recent meeting between Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Pakistan Yerzhan Kistafin and President of the FTPPF Atif Ikram Sheikh, where they discussed the development of business activity between the countries.

During the meeting, representative of the Chamber Assan Zhakishev and representative of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Pakistan Council Mehmood-ul-Hassan Awan discussed topical issues of developing mutually beneficial cooperation between the KazCIC and FCCIP.

Following the conversation, the participants decided to intensify the activities of the Business Council, assist in the development of direct business contacts between entrepreneurs of the two countries, as well as information support for the events.
